After this full strip to the core, 12-year, massive top to bottom, super pro, full rebuild, it's also one with with many structural remodeling changes and improvements. All done in our own dedicated boat yard. This all-in, nonstop, uninterrupted project kept going until she's finally back to being her far better than original self. The stuff a surveyor never sees. Those nasty hoses, darkened wires, scummy tanks, filthy machinery guts, dirt hiding in every corner, worn out brass, thin walled copper, all the lines and drains clogged like bad artery's, smelly. That used boat that you think you're getting cheap will need one to two million dollars. It will take you years to make it as good as our M2-60. Beauty is only skin deep when it comes to 60-80ft used yachts. They all look good on the surface or in the survey. Don't learn the hard way.
This M2-60 is made tough and practical yet still is beautiful without looking like it's an east coast night club. Its soft and subtle, its a classy home for you. The layout, starts with its XL cockpit and XL flybridge, which are out of this world in their friendliness, form and much improved functionality. Do you love teak wood decks? Why? Are you really sure? Teak gets super hot on your feet, burns them in Cabo and hard to keep looking new. Except around the m2-60 cockpits rim, where we kept beautiful wood for a pure classic sport fisher look. (and we have all that wood covered for you). We worked for 2 months removing all the teak wood. But, if you insist, it can easily be put back on for you. You know its hot, so don't buy it.

Unreal design: Its lower cockpit is so low to waterline you can sit on top the rail and put your shoes on with your feet on the dock. Not many designs this big will allow that ease. Pulling 1000 pound marlin aboard is no problem. Its been well thought out and at its best design function. Fill the lower cockpit to the top with sea water while backing down on big game at 15 knots in following seas, no problem. This aft upper and lower transom design is perfect and far exceeds the aft engine designs of many models.
Only 55,000 pounds, very low to waterline, the weights all down low, centered and its an light weight open fly, you don’t need a sea keeper. There's room for one if your life's spent at anchor or if you insist.

Don't be like those clones. “Down deep, this m2-60 model Greg Moore boat is better than the OEM. If you have a Mikelson now, maybe its getting tired, give it to me, let me make it new again. Save the planet from another dead yacht. The hull design that made Mikelson Famous is now, only the second USA built Mikelson and the first Greg Moore Custom. Many will follow once they see this project. Gregs built 100 yachts for others, starting in the 80s at Knight and Carver. This was his turn to be the lone voice of the boat and build it his way, in his own boat yard, the way the boat would build itself if it could. Big time sweat snd hard work goes into the boat build. Take our time and we did and are still doing it right.
A new Mikelson is 3.4 million dollars and a 3-4 year wait, we feel ours is better than new and its ready now. The difference is just hype and marketing.

In comfort, this high-performance vessel can be yours. Its far easier to build brand new and start from scratch but anyone can do that and they don't make the hulls this good anymore. Take you 4-5 yrs from concept to launch and another year commissioning. This took 12 years. This hull is loaded with layers of laminates outside the foam and inside for about a 3.5" thick hull. You know it was done right when only 1 other boat south of Seattle was granted a new hull and new year title by CG. You can now legally charter for hire with this vessel while in US waters.
